Kids and E-Cigarettes and Vaping Not Good for YOU!
The Center for Disease Control of the United States has issued a warning and that is to STOP Vaping and Using E-Cigarettes immediately.
33 Deaths have been reported and several more are sick and are experiencing horrible and life-threatening lung issues due to vaping and unfortunately it seems to be mostly youth and young adults who are falling ill.

I feel compelled to share this important and very scary information with you, so you can take care to find out if your children or grandchildren are vaping and get them to stop.

“Based on reports from several states, patients have experienced respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, or chest pain), and some have also experienced gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea) or non-specific symptoms (fatigue, fever, or weight loss). Some patients have reported that their symptoms developed over a few days, while others have reported that their symptoms developed over several weeks. Some patients have reported gastrointestinal symptoms began before respiratory symptoms. Fever, elevated heart rate, and elevated white blood cell count have been reported, even though no infectious disease has been identified. Many patients sought medical care in ambulatory settings, sometimes over several visits, before they were admitted to the hospital.
Many patients have required medical treatment with supplemental oxygen. Some required assisted ventilation. Some patients have been treated with corticosteroids with demonstrated improvement. Evidence does not suggest an infectious disease is the cause of the severe pulmonary disease. Antibiotic therapy alone has not consistently been associated with clinical improvement.”
Throughout history smoking has had a mysterious allure.
It’s been glamorized in Hollywood and who doesn’t like a “bad boy” with a cigarette hanging from his lips. We kind of expect it right? But the truth is, anytime you put something into your lungs that doesn’t belong there, you are risking your life. Our beautiful lungs, the instrument which processes our “Life Force Energy,” aka your breath, need oxygen and no foreign matter to function optimally.
Think about it….you could go a few weeks without food (no fun.) You could go a few days without water, but you can only go a few moments without your breath…why would anyone put toxic poison into their life-giving and life-sustaining lungs?
But we do it, right? We get caught up in the romance of things sometimes, even when it’s bad for us. We’re all guilty of this from time to time. But now, it’s time to get real. It’s hard to think of anything more horrific, than believing something is ok for you, only to find out it’s rapidly killing your body and potentially causing permanent damage.

Smoking is unnatural. You literally have to train yourself to do it. Vaping is the same…it’s unnatural to breathe in large doses of moisture, chemicals and oils…our lungs aren’t built for that.

Vaping is a little different….it doesn’t burn or hurt, it gently slides right down into your lungs, no pain, no burning and it smells good. Then you get to blow out a huge plume of vapor that looks cool….no danger signs right! Wow….so seductive, it’s alarming.
