International Happiness Day! March 20th, 2020

There couldn't possibly be a better time to celebrate happiness, than this moment. With all the stressful news going on right now, we could all use a big dose of happiness. Together, let’s keep International Happiness Day alive for the rest of the year….wherever life takes us!

In light of the current events, June and I want to take a moment and just let you know how much care about and appreciate you. We encourage you to take care of yourself and relax. It’s so easy to get caught up in all the hype and scary news.

There’s definitely an undercurrent of fear and anxiety going on everywhere. I want you to know, you can choose not to indulge in it. Keep your peaceful center no matter what’s going on out there. What truly matters is how you feel on the inside, in your inner world.

No, we cannot control what’s going on out there….but we can tune inward and find our peace, love, our joy.

One of the forward thinkers of our time, Dr. Wayne Dyer once said, that you cannot get sick enough, be depressed enough, or afraid enough to make anyone better. (I'm paraphrasing here.) He was so right!

If you’re struggling through these seemingly dark times, we can help. It’s what we do. Hypnotherapy is proven to help overcome anxiety and fear. In a peaceful, relaxed setting, we can assist you to navigate or even release these emotions, so you can get back to feeling like yourself. You may come to the office, or if you prefer, we can do over the computer.

To be healthy, to feel great, starts on the inside. It starts by nurturing and protecting our own happiness. Surely, we can sympathize with those who are suffering, but it does them no good if we allow ourselves to crumble with them. What is better, is to have healthy energetic boundaries, focus inward, take awesome care of ourselves, then we have more to give when needed.

So remember to have gratitude every day for the little things, breathe deep into your center, take walks in nature, read a good book, cuddle up with a cup of tea and a good movie and the rest, Let Go and Let God. If there’s nothing you can do about it, don’t talk about it or stay glued to the TV. Resist commenting on social media or reading all the comments from fearful people. Stay away from the fear. If you must post something, post a positive quote or affirmation, but do not get sucked into the drama. It accomplishes nothing, but to bring you down.

Here is a beautiful quote you can meditate with:

“I am without fear, for my Divine Presence comforts me. I trust and surrender myself to this presence. I release all fears, worries and feelings of anxiety or loneliness. Well-Being, Love, Light, and Health surrounds me and I am comforted.”

Spring is just around the corner and with it a new day….a rebirth….the old becomes new again, refreshed. Life is ever changing, moving, flowing and never stays the same…..this too shall pass.

With Our Love and Warm Wishes, Pat and June
