How are you navigating these challenging times?
Everyone goes through changes and challenges in their life. For some, rolling with change is easy and for others it involves a complete shift in how we identify ourselves. Lately, it seems everyone is experiencing the pain of constant change and uncertainty on so many different levels. If you're not going through something yourself, I'm sure you have people, family, friends who are. Life-Long Beliefs About Reality Can Really Rock Our World
Whenever we find ourselves faced with extreme adversity, changes we never wanted or thought would even be possible, it can rock us to our core and make us question everything. Remember, you are not your job, you are not your education, you are not defined by how much money you have or the house you live in, car you drive or even your ability to pay your bills. You are much more than that.
We've been taught to be a certain way and that if we can't take care of our families our bills, etc., it is a reflection of what kind of person we are. In the past we may have said or thought unkind things about others who failed, lost their jobs, or could not manage their lives, now find ourselves in the same position through no fault of our own.
These lifelong beliefs can play havoc on our self-esteem and ego.
You are a beautiful spiritual being having a human experience on earth. That's it. You were born to fail a lot! Every experience is part of our growth and learning process. Think about this, pretty much everything we do for the first 5 years of our lives is about learning from failing. Learning to walk, you all down a lot....etc.
Most importantly, you are unlimited, you have an amazing and powerful brain and unlimited consciousness. Your subconscious mind is very creative and can come up with new empowering ways to create prosperity, a new way of thinking and experiencing life, a new career, well….anything. So congratulations. If you're struggling, that's great...you're about to have a breakthrough!
There is HUGE opportunity in adversity. My wife June and I know about adversity on a very personal level. We always do our best to look for the opportunity to learn and to grow.
Your imagination is your ability to create and manifest whatever you desire in your life. Now is the time to shift, to pivot into the “you,” you’ve always wanted to be.
Always with great change comes new opportunities. Embrace the change, allow it to open you up to your possibilities. Perhaps there have been things you’ve always wanted to do, but never had the time? Perhaps you have been wanting to explore a new career or pursue a new hobby? Maybe now you can move to a place that feeds your soul. Perhaps you’ve been wanting to put more energy into your gardening or an online business. There is no limit to what you can accomplish.
While pursuing their dreams, most people give up when obstacles appear on their path. There are many stories of pioneers, people who seem to have it all figured out, they were just "lucky." What you don't know or see are the years of struggle, chaos, perseverance and drive it took, and they never gave up. Good news, if someone else can do it, so can you.
The beauty of life is how it is always changing. Although times may seem difficult right now, just wait, there's always something new around the corner if you're open to it. The first day of Fall is upon us and reminds me that change is part of the natural ebb and flow of life.
How to Stay Joyful in the Midst of Chaos…
You can learn to access inner peace now, to be happy and focus on your goals no matter what is happening in your life. You can live well without worry, fear and anxiety when life gets tough or things don’t work out the way you planned.
Most of us keep telling ourselves that when our life shows up in a new or different way, when we get all we desire, then inner peace will finally be ours.
Joy will never be about arriving, or when certain things happen, you can choose joy no matter what is going on around you, regardless of circumstances. Happiness will always be inside of you, it has never been outside of you.
There is a way to navigate life when unexpected situations arrive, to live in the world that is more enlightened than this, to live in the present moment, your inner world.
You can learn how to get relief from defeating thoughts, calm yourself when life upsets you, handle wild emotions easily, treat yourself with radical forgiveness, and keep your heart open and love everyone more, even difficult people. By creating powerful new mindsets and using powerful meditation or hypnotherapy practices, you align yourself with serenity and joy. Peace and calm can be yours.
If you could use some guidance, I am here to help. There couldn't be a better time to invest in your self-improvement.
With Love, Patrick
