The summer solstice which is the longest day light of the year was just upon us. Guess what that means? It’s time to start getting in shape for swimsuit season! Haha!

Okay, well maybe fitting into a little bikini or 31-inch waste-line swim trunks isn’t your goal now, however, having energy and feeling great this summer may be.

Everything goes better with health! If you like hiking, biking, swimming or having that extra energy for the kids and grandkids, then now is the time to commit to your healthy eating, regular daily exercise and stretching for a flexible body. Are you a Hibernator? Are you the kind of person who lays low all winter then gets ecstatic when the warm weather hits?

As the weather gets warmer and the days get longer, many of us start to think about getting in shape for summer. For some, this means finally getting around to that New Year's resolution to lose weight. Others may simply want to tone up their bodies after a long winter of hibernation. However, making lasting changes to our diet and exercise habits can be difficult. Hypnosis can be a great way to help you develop healthy habits and stick to your fitness goals. By entering a state of deep relaxation, hypnosis allows you to access the subconscious mind, where you can make positive changes at the core level. This can help you break old patterns of behavior and form new, healthy habits that last. So if you're looking to make reaching your health goals easier and less stressful, a trained hypnotherapist can really help. How does it work? Did you know your willpower lives in the less than 5% conscious mind? That means that you really have to concentrate to make changes and break bad habits and it can totally be done. However, when you get the powerful subconscious mind to work with you….everything becomes easier than ever. Hypnosis can help to rewire your brain to make healthy choices more automatic. In addition, hypnosis can also help to increase your motivation and willpower. Now is the perfect time to start making changes that will help you enjoy a healthy and happy summer. Getting in shape for summer doesn't have to be a chore! When you use hypnosis to get in shape, you'll find that healthy changes come easily and naturally.
